3D print a pair of Hovi-Mic Tips as used on a Stormtrooper Helmet and the top of a Comlink Communicator

The Hovi-Mic Tips can be used as a visible prop or can be fitted with 15mm round speakers to connect to a Stormtrooper Voice System.

Only 6 Parts to 3D Print.

These STL files were designed by me as a static prop.

All the images are image captures of the STL files from my 3D design software.

Please Note: A 3D Printer is required to print the STL files.

Speaker Specifications:

• Outer Diameter: 15mm
• Impedance: 8Ω
• Power: 1W .

Important!: Speakers are not included.

Required Hardware List:

• Wire Mesh – For the tops of the Hovi-Mic Tips

Sugested Printer Settings:

Layer Height: 0.2mm

Top/Bottom Layers: Minimum of 3 layers top and bottom recommended

Walls: Minimum 3 walls minimum recommended

Infill: 20% infill minimum recommended (maximum 40%)
